Gavin and Stacey legend James Corden is set to front a US World Cup 2026 after-hours show during this summer's tournament in North America.
FIFA World Cup on Fox After Hours With James Corden will premiere on the opening night of the tournament (Thursday 11 June) and run throughout on Fox, starting at midnight local time.
Corden will be joined by former England captain Rio Ferdinand, American comedian Ian Karmel, and a host of other guests from pop culture and football to break down the best of the day's action and all the big talking points.

The hour-long show aims to be "a fun, high-energy, and comedic celebration" of World Cup 2026 that is "immersed into the fabric of the tournament".
It will air on Fox, which is the English-language home of the tournament in the United States and will have live coverage of all 104 matches.
Alongside Canada and Mexico, the United States are one of three hosts of World Cup 2026, which is set to be the biggest ever as the first since the expansion to 48 teams.
Corden, who wrote and starred in Gavin and Stacey alongside Ruth Jones, has become a household name across the Atlantic as the host of The Late Late Show between 2015 and 2023.
A love of football was a key part of his portrayal of Smithy in the iconic BBC show and, in 2009, he delivered a rousing speech to the England team in character as part of a Comic Relief skit.
