Blink and you’ll miss it, but in a scene from 2013 episode The Crimson Horror the Doctor’s tool gets a little overexcited when Jenny Flint (Catrin Stewart) removes her outer clothing to take on some baddies, slightly rising before Smith’s Time Lord embarrassedly moves it down.
