Who won the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special 2025? Winning couple revealed
It's the most wonderful time of the year!

Nothing quite says Christmas like getting comfy in front of the TV and tuning into some festive programming, including the Strictly Come Dancing special.
Last weekend, Karen Carney and Carlos Gu lifted the Glitterball, and now the BBC series has returned once more for its Christmas special – and a new winner has been added to the hall of fame!
After anticipation built in the studio, Scarlett Moffatt and Vito Coppola were crowned the winners of this year's Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special, after impressing the judges with a Cha Cha to Cher's DJ Play a Christmas Song.
The pair received a full festive 40 from the judges, along with the most votes from the studio audience.

Asked how it felt to be Christmas champion, Scarlett said: "This is amazing! I feel like I should have prepared a speech! This is honestly the greatest gift that could have ever happened at Christmas. We’ve all just had the best time!"
This year's special saw famous faces from across the entertainment world, including Babatunde Aléshé, Brian McFadden, Jodie Ounsley, Melanie Blatt and Nicholas Bailey.
They, along with their Strictly pros, opened the show with a festive group routine to Kelly Clarkson's Grown Up Christmas List and We Need A Little Christmas from the musical Mame, as well as a closing number to Happy Holiday / Let Yourself Go from White Christmas.
The judges all joined for the closing number, which concluded with Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman's final ever "Keeeeep dancing!" from the Strictly dance floor, as the presenters stepped down from hosting duties.
