Who is Jack? Meet The Traitors season 4 contestant and personal trainer
Jack has been planning for everything that may arise in the game.
The Traitors has been entertaining audiences each week since its season 4 launch earlier this month, but the end is near and it's the Faithful versus the Traitors in one final mission.
Jack, who has been a Faithful since the very start, is hoping to win the series and use the money to put a deposit down for a house for him and his girlfriend.
"I'd love if we could get our first property somewhere where I could have a purpose-built gym studio in the back of the garden and have that all kitted out and do my training sessions there at our new home," he explained.
"That would just be the dream. I also have secret plans, I'm planning to propose to my partner, so it’d be nice to spend a bit of money on that, maybe taking her out somewhere nice to celebrate."

Jack is a 29-year-old personal trainer from Essex who describes himself as a real people person.
Before the game even began, Jack did a deep dive into everything, including herd mentality, conformity and bias, which often pop up throughout the series.
He added: "I think all of them will probably underestimate me. I'm going to play on the stereotype of being the PT from Essex.
"And I think everyone will have their preconceived ideas of what someone from Essex and what a personal trainer is about, which is fantastic, because if I live it up and ham it up a bit no one will anticipate me to be the one with all the tactics."
Why did Jack apply for The Traitors?
Jack, like the other players in the game, is a massive fan of the show and he wanted to do something that was going to take him out of his comfort zone.
"Some of the missions are really physically demanding, but then there are the mental tests as well," he explained.
"You've got to be so switched on regardless of whether you're a Traitor or a Faithful, it just takes one slip up and you could be gone. You've got to be so locked in both physically and mentally."
