Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls beta dates – How to get access
ArcSys is back.

Another Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls beta is on the way to build even more hype around what is surely the most highly anticipated fighting game around right now.
Developer Arc System Works have run riot in the last decade with Dragon Ball FighterZ and Guilty Gear Strive, and their next game looks like it could be the best of the lot.
So, if you want to know when the Marvel Tōkon beta 2 starts and how to get access, here's what you need to know.
When is the Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls closed beta?
The next Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls closed beta will take place between 5th and 7th December 2025.
The beta will begin at midnight PST, so here's what time that means in time zones around the world:
- US West Coast (PST) – 12am
- US Mountain (MST) – 1am
- US Central (CST) – 2am
- US East Coast (EST) – 3am
- UK (GMT) – 8am
- Central Europe (CET) – 9am
- Singapore (SGT) – 4pm
- Japan (JST) – 5pm
- Australia East Coast (AEDT) – 7pm
- New Zealand (NZDT) – 9pm
This is the second beta period for the game, following a weekend closed beta in September 2025.
As well as a host of improvements and balance changes, it will introduce new heroes Spider-Man and Ghost Rider, as well as the two new stages Savage Land and the X-Mansion.
How to get access to the Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls closed beta
If you were already registered for the September beta, you will be automatically registered for this one too – nothing to do! If you didn't get in last time, though, here's what you need to do.
To get access to the Marvel Tōkon beta, you have to sign up on the game's official PlayStation store page via a web browser.
Once you're on the page, scroll down until you reach the 'Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls Closed Beta' section, and click 'Register now'.

Can I play the Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls closed beta on PC?
Unfortunately, the December closed beta for Marvel Tōkon is only available to players with a PS5 console and valid PlayStation Network account in good standing.
While there may be future betas available on PC, you're going to have to source yourself a PS5 if you want access to this one.
