With Season 2 wrapping up, it's almost time for the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Season 3 launch.

The release date is just around the corner, and we've got new maps, weapons and more to look forward to.

So, for everything you need to know about the CoD BO7 release date, launch time and what to expect, let's get into it.

CoD BO7 Season 3: Release date and UK launch time

CoD BO7 Season 3 begins on 2 April 2026 at 5pm BST.

For all of you in time zones around the world, here's what time the new season will launch for you:

  • US Pacific (PDT) – 9am
  • US Mountain (MDT) –10am
  • US Central (CDT) –11am
  • US Eastern (EDT) –12pm
  • Central Europe (CEST) – 6pm
  • UAE (GST) – 8pm
  • Singapore (SGT) –12am, 3 April
  • Australia Eastern (AEDT) – 3am, 3 April
  • New Zealand (NZDT) –5am, 3 April

What to expect from CoD BO7 Season 3

To keep things easier to leave, we'll split things up into different sections. Here's what you can expect from CoD BO7 Season 3:

Multiplayer

The highlight of the new season is that we've got a bunch of new maps to look forward to in multiplayer. These are:

  • Beacon (6v6)
  • Abyss (6v6/2v2)
  • Plaza (6v6)
  • Gridlock (6v6)

As well as that, Mission: Trident is a new Skirmish map taking place in the Old Arsenal POI from Avalon in Black Ops Royale.

As for game modes, Demolition will be making a return.

We'll also get an Aim High Moshpit playlist, and a Snipers Only Moshpit, though the latter will arrive shortly after launch.

Warzone

Warzone will be receiving the new Launch Pad POI in Verdansk, which will trigger the Flashpoint Public Event, firing missiles at random POIs in-game.

It may not be here at launch, but Avalon will also be joining the main Battle Royale map rotation, with wall jumping and the Grappling Hook being introduced too.

At launch, we'll be getting the Launch Squad LTM, with Iron Gauntlet set to arrive later on in the season.

Zombies

Zombies Season 3 will see Ashwood Survival introduced, bringing players to Ashes of the Damned's Ashwood POI, where players can also find the Pack-a-Punch.

We'll also see the launch of Paradox Junction Directed Mode, helping players find the Easter Egg and earn some nifty rewards.

Our last bit of launch content news is that the Zombie Battle and Starting Room Modes will also be added on launch.

Later on in the season, we'll also be getting the next Zombies map, Totenreich.

Weapons and Scorestreaks

Here are all the Weapons and Scorestreaks being added to BO7 for Season 3:

  • MK35 ISR (Assault Rifle) – Battle Pass Reward
  • VST (SMG) –Battle Pass Reward
  • Strider 300 (Sniper Rifle) – Event Reward
  • Ion Core (MP and Zombies Scorestreak) – Weekly Challenge Reward
  • 1911 (Pistol) – Weekly Challenge Reward
  • VAS Convergence Foregrip – Weekly Challenge Reward
  • SK 12-Gauge Masterkey – Weekly Challenge Reward
  • X9 Maverick Javelin Assembly – Weekly Challenge Reward
