ARC Raiders open beta: Start date, launch time and how to sign up

We still have a bit to go until the full release date, but the ARC Raiders open beta is coming to give us one last taste of the game before it officially goes live.

The Server Slam Test, as developer Embark Studios has dubbed it, is set to give anyone and everyone the chance to dive in and try it out for free.

So, when does the ARC Raiders open beta start? How do you sign up for it? We've got all the details below.

When is the ARC Raiders open beta start date?

The ARC Raiders open beta begins on 17th October 2025 at 2pm BST.

For all you readers in other parts of the world, here's what time the Server Slam begins for you:

• US West Coast (PDT) – 6am
• US Mountain (MDT) – 7am
• US Central (CDT) – 8am
• US East Coast (EDT) – 9am
• Central Europe (CEST) – 3pm
• Singapore (SGT) – 9pm
• Japan (JST) – 10pm
• Australia East Coast (AEDT) – 12am, 18th October
• New Zealand (NZDT) – 2am, 18th October

The open beta will run until 19th October, so you've got the whole weekend to jump in and try the game out.

How to get access to the ARC Raiders open beta

The ARC Raiders open beta is entirely open to everyone – there is nothing at all that you need to do to get access.

That means whether you've signed up for newsletters, pre-ordered the game or have just heard about it for the first time, you can check it out.

All you need to do is download ARC Raiders directly from the Steam or Epic Games Store on PC, the PlayStation Store or the Xbox Store.

It should be noted that the game is only available on current-gen PlayStation and Xbox consoles, so Switch, PS4 and Xbox One owners, you are out of luck.
