Framed for a crime he didn't commit, Vietnam veteran Gary Busey goes home after his release from jail to take vengeance on the real culprits, biker drug-dealers led by William Smith. Wire decapitations, dynamite stuck in people's orifices and Busey's RV customised with cannons are the various methods of dispatch in a violent and unpleasant thriller in which the Hell's Angels also dig up his dead wife and put her on his doorstep. And, yes, the Rocky III theme song is used on the soundtrack.
