The new adventure from the Critical Role gang - who also created and star in The Legend of Vox Machina - will hit Prime Video on 19th November.

The streamer also released a sneak peek of the upcoming season, with fans delighted by their first look at the adaptation.

The series will follow a group of criminals and misfits who are the only ones who can keep the world from plunging into chaos when an artefact capable of changing reality is discovered - and falls into the wrong hands.

First announced in January 2023, the series once again stars Critical Role favourites Laura Bailey, Taliesin Jaffe, Ashley Johnson, Liam O’Brien, Matthew Mercer, Marisha Ray, Sam Riegel and Travis Willingham.

The good news for Critical Role fans didn't end there, with The Legend of Vox Machina being renewed for season 5 - before season 4 has even aired (it's currently set for a 2026 release).

Season 5 will be the final instalment for our ragtag group of heroes - but considering how much Critical Role goodness we have ahead of us, there should be plenty to keep us busy when Vox Machina ends.

Producer and cast member Willingham previously told RadioTimes.com about his hopes for future seasons: "We were thrilled to receive a season 3, and we took the extra runway to make sure that we could get as much of this story in there as we can.

"We're also stoked about the Mighty Nein animated series that's coming up as well.

"But you know, if people tune in and we continue to thrill audiences, then I hope we get to tell this story for as long as they will give us."

The Mighty Nein will begin on Prime Video on 19th November.
