Will there be a Selling Sunset season 10?
As of now, Netflix has not officially announced a renewal or a release date for Selling Sunset season 10. However, multiple sources confirm that the show is actively preparing for a new season. Filming was scheduled to begin but has been postponed while cast negotiations—particularly with Christine Quinn—are finalised. The delay suggests Netflix is keen to secure a high-profile return for the show, but the exact timeline remains unclear.
The series ended its ninth season with fractured friendships and unresolved feuds, leaving fans eager to see how the next chapter unfolds. Despite speculation from some cast members that the show might have “run its course”, others, including Mary Bonnet, have expressed confidence that Selling Sunset will be back for another season.

What have the stars and creators of Selling Sunset said?
Several cast members and insiders have commented on the uncertain future of Selling Sunset and the evolving line-up for season 10.
Chrishell Stause has confirmed she will not be returning, citing the impact on her mental health and ongoing cast tensions. She stated: “I’ve gotten to a place where I don’t need the show financially. I’m lucky to have other forms of employment, because it’s no longer good for my mental health.”
Christine Quinn, who left after season 5, is expected to make a dramatic return, with production reportedly delayed to accommodate her negotiations. Heather Rae El Moussa is also set to come back after her own hiatus, while new agent Tara Sarbaz will join the cast full-time, having previously worked with Jason Oppenheim.
Meanwhile, Mary Bonnet has signalled that her involvement depends on the “level of toxicity” allowed in the new season, reflecting ongoing concerns about the show’s direction and cast dynamics.
Other former regulars, including Nicole Young and Chelsea Lazkani, are not expected to return, and Emma Hernan has said she is undecided about her future with the show.
