Dead Take codes list: All safe codes and key puzzle solutions
Don't get lost for too long!

Dead Take, featuring gaming sweethearts Neil Newbon and Ben Starr, is out now, and if you’re playing this starry new horror game, you’ve probably already noticed that it has a fair few codes and puzzles that you’ll need to work your way through.
As ever, part of the fun is in finding the keycodes and puzzle solutions for yourself. But if you’re at a real loose end and you can’t make sense of the clues, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with a handy list.
From safe codes to painting-based puzzles, here’s our guide on Dead Take that should help you progress through the story. But do try to work these things out for yourself before using our guidance.
Full list of Dead Take codes

To the best of our knowledge on launch day, the full list of Dead Take codes looks like this:
- Key fob frequency code: 51 .3 20
- Cinema keypad code (red door): 1989
- Shield bedroom safe code (baby monitor/piano puzzle): 2429
- Locked book code (near the paintings puzzle): 7210
- Vinny's phone code: 4328
- Mouse bedroom code: 1016
We'd wager that some of these codes might not work until you're at the right part in the game to access those areas, but we haven't been able to confirm that for ourselves yet.
