Is Battlefield 6 on EA Play Pro? Cheapest ways to play explained
All Pros, no Cons.

Is Battlefield 6 on EA Play Pro? What about PS Plus or Xbox Game Pass? If you're looking for a cheap way to play, we've got you covered.
Now that Battlefield 6 has arrived, multiplayer shooter fans are living the dream with its huge maps, but if you’re on the fence, then that sticker price of £60 could be hard to swallow - and that’s just for the standard edition.
While gaming subscription services are nothing new, it's never easy to work out from afar which games are going to drop on which platforms at launch. Allow us to explain!
Is Battlefield 6 on EA Play Pro?
Yes, Battlefield 6 is available now on EA Play Pro.
If you subscribe to that 'pro' tier of EA Play, you can get the Phantom Edition of Battlefield 6 as part of your subscription at no added cost.
EA Play offers a sizeable library of games for £5.99 per month or £35.99 per year, including recent EA FC titles, but you won’t get the newest games unless you subscribe to the Pro tier.
The Pro level is £16.99 per month or £109.99 per year, and includes premium versions of all new EA games as they’re released.
That means you get this year’s EA FC 26, Battlefield 6, and anything else that catches your eye as long as you’re subscribed.
Is Battlefield 6 on Xbox Game Pass or PlayStation Plus?
No, Battlefield 6 is not on Xbox Game Pass or PS Plus.
We have mixed news for anyone hoping the game will arrive soon on PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass.
While Battlefield 2042 has appeared on both, the tepid critical response to that entry no doubt meant it arrived on each a little sooner than Battlefield 6.
By comparison, Battlefield 6 seems to be a big success, which could slow its arrival on any other money-saving platforms.
Cheapest places to buy Battlefield 6
At the time of writing, the cheapest place to buy the game is CDKeys (which has now rebranded as Loaded). The online code store has the Xbox Series X/S version at £49.99, or the PC version (via EA’s app) for £54.99.
As for physical copies, you can get it on PS5 from Amazon at £58.99 with a 16% discount right now.

In our review, Alex Raisbeck awarded the game four stars and noted: “My greatest issue with my time reviewing Battlefield 6 has been that, after having so much fun with friends during the beta, I have had to enjoy the last few weeks without them – you can't get much higher praise for an online multiplayer title.
“I'm not sure that Battlefield 6 lives up to the lofty heights of BF3 and 4, but whether that is nostalgia talking, who knows?
“What I do know is that Battlefield 6 is certainly an excellent entry in the series, righting the wrongs of 2042 and setting the series back on the right path.
“Maybe one day we'll get our Levolution back, but for now, I think fans of the series should look forward to this one very much.”
