Summary

Rebecca Loos, Louie Spence and Conor Benn are among the 14 celebrities taking on the most challenging selection course in the world. This series comes from Wales, the birthplace of the Special Forces. For their first task, the celebs must plunge into the freezing sea, swim to a rendezvous point and attempt to jump onto a moving speedboat

Fourteen celebrities — some you might even recognise — go through hell in Wales when they take on a condensed version of the brutal SAS selection course. Their first challenge (apart from not flinching when the directing staff scream abuse in their face) is to jump into the freezing sea from a great height. Not a great prospect for rapper Lady Leshurr, who fears both heights and water. But it’s two other celebs, adamant they’d last the course, who hand in their armbands within hours.

The faux interrogation sessions can be self-indulgent, but footballer Troy Deeney’s is more insightful than most. The torment continues for them tomorrow.
