The fourth season of sci-fi chiller From finally has a confirmed UK schedule, following weeks of uncertainty over when exactly it would make the journey across the pond.

The hit series stars Lost alum Harold Perrineau as one of the unfortunate inhabitants of a mysterious town, where those who enter find themselves unable to leave.

Retired soldier Boyd Stevens (Perrineau) steps up as the leader of the community, who find themselves tormented by all manner of terrors as they attempt to understand – and hopefully escape – their nightmarish ordeal.

From season 4 premiered in the US earlier this month on MGM+, but UK viewers have not yet been able to tune into the latest episodes. Fortunately, that's changing soon, as Sky has confirmed today.

Mark your calendars: From season 4 will premiere on Sky One and NOW on Thursday 14 May 2026, kicking off with a double-bill that should be a treat for fans eager to catch up.

After the launch, From season 4 will drop back to a pace of one episode per week, which suggests a likely finale on Thursday 9 July – although that's unconfirmed for the time being.

Earlier this year, From was renewed for a fifth and final season that will ensure creator John Griffin can finish the story as he originally intended.

Indeed, lead actor Perrineau has pushed back against unfounded speculation that the show has been "cancelled", reiterating instead that From always had a five-season plan, which is now reaching its natural conclusion.

Comparisons with Lost have been made due to the isolated setting and countless viewer questions, while From executive producers Jack Bender, Jeff Pinkner and Perrineau all share credits on that earlier series.

Here's hoping that Griffin's ending to From will be a tad less polarising.

From is available on Sky One and NOW.
