The final episode saw the three remaining teams go head-to-head in two epic challenges, where nothing less than brilliance would be good enough at this stage in the competition.

After much discussion, it hosts Liam Charles and Ellie Taylor revealed that The Ned - led by Darian and Yadira - won Bake Off: The Professionals 2025!

Tonight (29th July) saw The Ned, Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill and Vacherin tasked with a Viral Patisserie Window display for their first challenge. The teams had to include gourmet cookies, gateux de voyage and filled laminated buns - all to be backed in just four hours.

At the end of the day one, and for the first time in the show's history, judges Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden revealed that Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill were the team to miss out on a chance of winning the competition, leaving just two teams to battle it out for the very last time.

The final two were challenged to create a banquet celebrating Great Train Journeys with a towering sugar and chocolate showpiece and enough desserts to feed 120 people!

But in the end, it was The Ned to reigned triumphant. Following their win, team captain Darian said: "Unbelievable. It's just insane and the best team mate I could ever choose is Yadira and without Yadira this would be impossible."

Judge Benoit said: "It was an incredibly close result and an incredibly difficult decision for us to make."

Reflecting on The Ned's win further, Darian said: "When they announced our names I was literally about to pass out, I lost the strength in my legs. We always felt that I could win it, and there was a lot of self sacrificing along the way, but because we believed in ourselves I think that really helped."
