Danny Dyer reveals why one Mr Bigstuff season 2 nude scene was "vital"
"It’s the way of showing the alpha is back.”

There's some suitable chaos coming our way in the second season of Sky's Mr Bigstuff, with series star Danny Dyer revealing as much in a new interview with The Sun.
The new season is set to open with Dyer sporting a nude look and running after some people down the street, as teased in the trailer.
Speaking to The Sun about the scene in question, Dyer said: “Ever run through a council estate naked? It’s a whole new ball game, literally. I was concentrating on the weather, more than anything else, you know, that it wasn’t too cold!
“It was broad daylight. I didn’t go fully [nude], I had a little sock over my Hampton.”
He continued: “You read this stuff, and you go, ‘OK, I’ve got to physically do it’. But it’s important to the show, it’s a vital scene. You go, ‘He’s back’. It’s the way of showing the alpha is back.”
The former EastEnders star is reprising his Mr Bigstuff role as Lee Campbell in season 2, starring alongside Ryan Sampson, (creator of the series) who will be returning to play his estranged brother Glen.
The official synopsis for season 2 says that it "picks up two weeks after the shock news that the brothers’ dad’s not actually dead, and Lee and Glen are handling it very differently".
The synopsis continues: "But, with chaos mounting and questions piling up, the brothers unite on a mission to track him down. Meanwhile, Kirsty’s taking charge in the bedroom and the boardroom, but one badly timed kiss – and a mysterious blackmailer – threaten to bring it all crashing down.
"With secrets spilling and tempers flaring, it’s only a matter of time before the family blows up – again."

As for what else the second instalment is set to bring, we already know there's set to be an EastEnders reunion, as Shirley Carter star Linda Henry is joining the cast of the Sky sitcom.
Teasing more about her character, Sampson told RadioTimes.com that he was "really excited" about Henry's character, saying: "We've got Linda Henry, who was Shirley – Danny [Dyer]'s mum – in EastEnders, which is a lovely little Easter egg for the EastEnders crowd. That I'm really excited about. She is amazing."
He added: "There’s a lot of family secrets and revelations unearthed between these brothers. I can’t really say more, but it’s spicy!"
