The show stars Ellen Hillingsø and Thomas W. Gabrielsson, who played GM in The Killing III, and tells the story of P.E.T., the Danish police force in change of personal protection.
Responsible for the safety of high-profile figures including politicians, VIPs and the Danish royal family, P.E.T.’s work includes countering potential terror threats and keeping a close eye on dangerous individuals.
As well as this nerve-wracking work, the P.E.T. team members also have to deal with internal struggles as they all try to balance work commitments with their complex personal lives.
The series was first aired in Denmark in 2009 and won an International Emmy for Best Non-American TV Drama that same year.
