It's time to get into the business spirit as The Apprentice returns for a landmark 20th season on BBC One.
Tonight (29th January), the candidates will find themselves transported to Hong Kong as they complete their first task in one of the world's most vibrant trading hubs.
Each of these candidates will be looking to impress Lord Sugar and secure his £250,000 investment in their business plan, and amongst those candidates is Kieran McCartney.

Kieran McCartney is an estate agent, a role he has had for the past 10 years, which he believes has equipped him with "a strong set of distinctive sales skills that truly make me stand out".
He added: "My experience has taught me how to communicate effectively, understand clients’ needs, and tailor my approach to every situation. This personalised style not only helps me close deals but also allows me to build long-lasting relationships.
"As a result, many of my clients return to me year after year, demonstrating the value of the trust and rapport I create."
Kieran McCartney is looking to build a business of his own and, with Lord Sugar's investment, he wants to "put a decade of experience, hustle and personality into a venture that has my name written all over it and prove I'm worth every penny".
