The Apprentice is back for another season on BBC One, as 20 ambitious candidates head into Lord Alan Sugar's boardroom and this year, they'll be in Hong Kong.
One of those candidates is Georgina Newton who wants to take classic fairy tale stories and pantomimes on the road.
"I have this magic to my personality, this sunshine that brightens up a room and turns any negative situation into something positive," Georgina said.

Georgina Newton is an actress and events manager whose closest friends would describe her as an "over achiever, someone who goes the extra mile, switched on, attentive".
She said: "When it comes to performing in pantomime, I guess some would say I always know my lines, that I have great comic timing, great energy and that I always look like I adore my work, which I do, I really do. Pantomime is the heart and soul of theatre."
What is Georgina Newton's business plan?
Georgina's business plan is a touring theatrical production company specialising in the magic of pantomime, and wants to take classic fairy tale stories on the road and make theatre accessible to all.
"The idea is to convert a large truck into a fully functioning theatre that travels around the UK bringing magic to everyone, no matter where they are," she said.
"Think hospital car parks, care homes, private events and festivals. Pantomime is so special to me, I perform every Christmas professionally in panto whilst taking holiday from my main job. My number one goal is to be able to do what I love every day and not just at Christmas."
