Once you've connected to Link Trade, you'll be given a prompt to enter a code – enter the code corresponding to the Pokémon listed above that you want to trade.
Wait for the trade to connect, and you should see that you're matched up with a player who wants to trade the same Pokémon.
Make sure to check that you're both trading the same Pokémon, and that both Pokémon are holding the necessary held item if required, and then accept the trade.
Once the trade goes through, the Pokémon you received will evolve, completing that page in your Pokédex if you hadn't already!
