Life Is Strange: Reunion release date and what to expect
Life IS Strange!

The fifth main instalment in the series, Life Is Strange: Reunion is almost upon us.
It's been more than a decade since the world was introduced to Max Caulfield in the very first game, who returns alongside Chloe Price for the latest title.
But when does Life Is Strange: Reunion release, and what can we expect from it? Here's what you need to know.
When is the Life Is Strange: Reunion release date?
Life Is Strange: Reunion releases on 26 March 2026 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Unlike the very first game, Reunion will not release in an episodic format, with the entire game instead releasing all at once on the same day.
This was confirmed in the official announcement trailer that was released in January 2026.

What to expect from Life Is Strange: Reunion
Life Is Strange: Reunion will follow Max Caulfield and Chloe Price, who reunite at Caledon University.
As a blazing inferno approaches the university campus, Chloe finds herself struggling with memories of a life or death that she hasn't experienced, with Max helping her deal with them.
Max's 'rewind' ability that allows her to manipulate time, and Chloe's 'backtalk' ability that helps her confront other characters, both return.
The choices the player has made in the very first game and 2024's Double Exposure impact the way Chloe and Max's relationship and fate play out, reflected in the game's branching dialogue.
According to publisher Square Enix, Life Is Strange: Reunion is set to tell the conclusion of Max and Chloe's story.
While the series as a whole has been a favourite among both players and critics, Double Exposure received mixed reviews from both, and fans will be hoping that developer Deck Nine Games will be able to improve on it to give Max and Chloe the send off they so richly deserve.
