"I'm literally playing the fool," says Mathew Horne, who makes a guest appearance in Robin Hood.
"He's a court jester - cheeky and quite bitchy. I'm more comfortable doing comedy - I started off as a stand-up. I don't know if that helped me get the part but there is a set-piece scene where he's more or less doing stand-up," says Horne, who's currently filming the second series of Gavin & Stacey for BBC3. "It was especially good fun to work with Jonas. We were in Teachers [on Channel 4] together."
