There are less than six weeks until Game of Thrones is back in our lives. That’s 40 days. Just five Thrones-free Mondays…
And while we know you don’t need your appetite whetting – you’ve been humming the theme tune and daydreaming about Daenerys’ dragons for months, haven’t you – those clever programme makers over at HBO have decided to treat you anyway by releasing 18 character posters.
Each of our favourite GoT characters (minus Samwell Tarly and Gilly) have given their scheming, conniving and murderous urges a rest to pose for some delightfully tasteful black and white posters, all stamped with the ominous words “Valar Morghulis”, which translates into plain ol’ English as ‘All men must die’.
But posters aren’t the only way to keep your Game of Thrones excitment at bay. HBO have also revealed three tiny teasers. The Stark siblings are all grown up, Littlefinger is being as creepy as ever, Tyrion’s in trouble, the dragons are out of control…
Exciting stuff, eh?
Game of Thrones series four starts on Monday 7 April at 9:00pm on Sky Atlantic.
