Summary
"Nashville" is an American musical drama following the lives of singers Rayna Jaymes (Connie Britton) and Juliette Barnes (Hayden Panettiere). With Rayna's career on the slide, Juliette is determined to replace her as the leading superstar of country music. The two women come into conflict when Rayna is told by her record company to go on tour with Juliette or leave the label. While Juliette's career is on the rise, her public image is threatened by events offstage that she struggles to control, including a mother who always needs money to feed her drug needs. Other characters include Rayna's husband, Teddy (Eric Close), guitarist Deacon Claybourne (Charles Esten) and songwriter Scarlett O'Connor (Clare Bowen). It premiered on More4 in February 2013.
