Summary
Disaster movie starring Burt Lancaster, Dean Martin and Jacqueline Bisset. Lincoln Airport is caught in the middle of the worst blizzard in 30 years. The main runway is blocked and airport manager Mel Bakersfeld is fighting a losing battle. Then TGA's flight to Rome radios in that there's a bomb on board.

Review
A star rating of 3 out of 5.
John Ferguson
After Airplane!, it's almost impossible to keep a straight face through this sprawling disaster movie, particularly since it features George Kennedy, who went on to specialise in sending up the sort of role he plays here, most memorably in the Naked Gun series. But he and the rest of the starry cast (including Burt Lancaster, Dean Martin and an Oscar-winning Helen Hayes) are commendably serious throughout. The result is competent, soapy entertainment.
