Summary

Hotel magnate's daughter Sierra Belmont tumbles down a mountain during a skiing trip. When she regains consciousness in hospital, Sierra has amnesia. The kindly owner of North Star Lodge and his precocious daughter agree to look after Sierra in the days leading up to Christmas until she regains her memory. Far from the trappings of wealth and privilege, the clueless patient learns valuable lessons and self-sufficiency and kindness.
