Netflix has unveiled a first look at its upcoming documentary exploring the life of one of music's most enduring icons: Kylie Minogue.

Across three episodes, Kylie opens her personal archives and reflects on a life that "captivates, inspires and soundtracks multiple generations".

Told through a lifetime caught on home movie cameras, personal photographs and new interviews from the singer herself, the documentary captures "the woman behind the hits".

"And how she has faced public scrutiny, personal loss and illness with grit and grace, earning respect far beyond her own fandom," the synopsis concludes.

The first-look image, which you can see above, shows Kylie sitting on a porch wearing a cosy, warm top and looking down the camera with a smile.

The docuseries will also include insights from friends, family and collaborators – including Dannii Minogue, Jason Donovan, Nick Cave and Pete Waterman.

The three-parter has been directed by Emmy and BAFTA award-winner Michael Harte (Three Identical Strangers, Still: A Michael J Fox Movie, Beckham) and produced by John Battsek's Ventureland – the team behind Wham! and Beckham.

Ventureland is currently in production on a number of projects, including a Netflix docuseries about the legendary football manager José Mourinho.

2025 was a big year for Kylie, who embarked on her Tension world tour and secured her first UK Christmas number one.

Kylie will be available to stream on Netflix. Sign up for Netflix from £5.99 a month. Netflix is also available on Sky Glass and Virgin Media.
