A star rating of 2 out of 5.
Maj Canton
This fact-based television suspense movie dramatizes the plight of an Israeli nuclear power plant technician (Griffin Dunne, After Hours) who, after he exposes secret atomic weapon production, is hunted by a beautiful Mossad agent (Karen Allen, Raiders of the Lost Ark). Intense performances highlight this emotionally charged telefilm, and director Ian Sharp gets the most out of his cast. The film has a nice look, as it was filmed on various locations, from London to Australia and Israel. However, this well-intentioned drama of a conflicted whistle-blower cannot rise above the strained and somewhat predictable plotting.
