The future River Song started her career with stints at two of Britain’s most iconic schools. Having made her debut in 1980’s The Wildcats of St Trinian’s, a 17-year-old Alex Kingston appeared alongside Tucker and co in three episodes of Grange Hill, as school bully Jill Harcourt.
