Outlander: Blood of My Blood is back with its anticipated second season – and boy, has it opened up with a bang.

The premiere episode finally gave fans answers in regards to the fate of Henry (Jeremy Irvine) and Julia (Hermione Corfield), with time travel once again wreaking havoc on their love story. Similarly, there were "painful" decisions to be made for Brian (Jamie Roy) and Ellen (Harriet Slater) as the Jacobite uprising started to unfold.

Picking back up in 18th-century Scotland and in First World War Britain, the cast have already teased an especially high-stakes second run.

Harriet Slater told Radio Times that season 2 is "life and death, but on an even bigger scale". So, it's safe to say that fans will be patiently waiting for new episodes to see what more could unfold for the central couples.

The second season of Outlander: Blood of My Blood premiered in the US on Friday 18 September on Starz, which was closely followed by the UK's premiere the following day on Saturday 19 September on MGM+.

New episodes continue airing weekly, with the full release schedule below.

Episode titles and dates are drawn from Starz's rollout, which includes a skip week after episode 8 before the final two episodes air.

Season 2 runs to 10 episodes, released weekly, with the finale, Twelfth Night, expected on 27 November 2026 in the US and 28 November 2026 in the UK.

In the US, Outlander: Blood of My Blood streams on Starz, with new episodes landing every Friday.

In the UK, the series is available to watch on MGM+, where episodes follow a day later on Saturdays. That means UK viewers face a short lag of roughly one day behind the US premiere each week.
