The long-awaited third season is in full swing on HBO Max in the US and Sky Atlantic and NOW in the UK, reintroducing fans to the main cast five years after the events of season 2 and revealing that Rue (Zendaya) has become a drug mule, Jules (Hunter Schafer) a sugar baby and Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) an OnlyFans model, among other developments.

The new preview for episode 3, which is set to be released on Sunday 26 April, hints at more chaos on the horizon as Cassie and Nate (Jacob Elordi) gear up to tie the knot.

Maddy (Alexa Demie), Rue and Jules are in attendance and things soon escalate as Cassie's mum can be heard whispering of Maddy: "I can’t believe she had the nerve to show her face".

Later in the preview, Nate is shown retching and Cassie looks to be in tears.

Meanwhile, Jules is shown hanging out with her sugar daddy, Ellis (Sam Trammel), as she says: "I don’t think I need to go to art school to be an artist."

Fans are also given a glimpse at Rue as she's shown telling strip-club owner and arms dealer Alamo (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) that she wants to "work her way up" and "go legit", to which he responds: "You don’t think what you’re doing is legit?"

Euphoria season 3 premiered on 12 April and received largely negative reviews from fans and critics alike, with many criticising the new instalment's outlandish plot and its depiction of women.

Alongside the aforementioned gang, also returning in season 3 are cast members Chloe Cherry, Dominic Fike, Nika King and Colman Domingo.

Meanwhile new additions to the cast in the new season include Danielle Deadwyler, Eli Roth, Natasha Lyonne, Rosalía, Marshawn Lynch, Sam Trammell and Asante Blackk.

Euphoria season 3 is airing weekly on HBO Max, Sky Atlantic and NOW. Catch up on seasons 1-2 on HBO Max and NOW.
