Rumours have been swirling that a new film is on the way after Baron Cohen pulled up to Wimbledon earlier this month dressed up as his comedy character and claimed to be the tournament’s official 'weed dealer'.

Now, Cohen has confirmed that Ali G: Who Iz I? will be released in cinemas on 23 October 2026 in both the UK and the US.

Baron Cohen announced the news on his official Instagram account with a video in which he says in character as Ali G: “Dey haz finally made a documentary about me."
