Atlus has been on a bit of a roll over the last few years! Between Persona 3 Reload, Shin Megami Tensei V, Metaphor: ReFantazio and more, fans of the studio have been living the dream.

And now, Persona 4 Golden is set for a return with an all-new remake coming later this year.

So, for all the details on P4 Revival including release date, pre-orders, editions and more, here's what you need to know.

When is the Persona 4 Revival release date?

Persona 4 Revival will release on 18 February 2027.

The game is currently set to arrive on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, so that's bad news for those of you still playing on last-gen consoles.

The release date was confirmed as part of the game's reveal at the June 2026 Xbox Games Showcase.

Will Persona 4 Revival come to Nintendo Switch 2?

At the time of writing, Persona 4 Revival will not be releasing on Nintendo Switch 2.

For many fans of Atlus, this probably will not come as much of a surprise.

2024's Metaphor: ReFantazio is yet to receive a Switch port, and Persona 3 Reload from the same year only received its own Switch 2 port in October 2025.

That being said, we wouldn't be surprised to see a Switch 2 version arrive later in 2027, although based on P3R's release, we may instead be looking at 2028 and even beyond.

Will Persona 4 Revival be on Xbox Game Pass?

Persona 4 Revival will be launching on Xbox Game Pass.

The game is set to join the Game Pass Ultimate tier, as well as PC Game Pass.

Unfortunately, that means if you're subscribed to the lower tiers of Essential and Premium, you'll have to either upgrade, or purchase the game to play on day one.

Can I pre-order Persona 4 Revival?

Pre-orders for Persona 4 Revival are currently live for Xbox Series X/S, and for PC via the Xbox Store.

Because of Xbox's shared console-PC ecosystem, that means regardless of which platform you're playing on, you'll purchase the game from the same place.

Players who pre-order the game will get the P3R & P5R Extra BGM Set as a pre-order bonus.

As for PC and PS5 players, while the game is now listed on both Steam and the PlayStation Store, you can currently only wishlist the game.

We'll be sure to update this page as and when pre-orders go live on these platforms, so check back later!

All Persona 4 Revival editions

There are three different editions of P4 Revival available in the west, all of which include different bonuses. These are:

Digital Standard Edition

Digital Deluxe Edition

Digital Premium Edition

Is there a Persona 4 Revival Collector's Edition?

While not explicitly called a Collector's Edition, there is a limited-edition Persona 4 Revival Limited Box set to open for pre-orders soon.

Unfortunately, the P4R Limited Box is only available for purchase in Japan for ¥18,480 – approximately £86 / $115 / €100.

The Limited Box includes:

Hopefully, if the Limited Box sells well enough in Japan, we'll see a similar version go up for sale in Europe and North America.

Is there a trailer for Persona 4 Revival?

A trailer for P4 Revival was first shown at June 2026's Xbox Game Showcase, showing off some of the game's updated graphics:
