The gaming season is well underway, and with Halloween and Fortnitemares just around the corner, it's time for the traditional spooky season to kick off in Epic Games's shooter.
So, if you're excited for FNAF in Fortnite, here's what you need to know about the release date and what you can expect from it!
When could Five Nights at Freddy's release in Fortnite?
The Five Nights at Freddy's collaboration releases in Fortnite on 1 October 2026 as part of the Fortnitemares event.
This was confirmed with a teaser trailer released on 27 September, showing off the new FNAF map location and some of the iconic characters from the games.

What to expect from Five Nights at Freddy's in Fortnite
At the moment, nothing has been confirmed about what's coming with FNAF in Fortnite, but we can assume a few regular additions to pop up.
FNAF skins are the main thing people will be looking for, with the likes of Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy all good candidates.
We'll no doubt get a series of new Emotes, Back Blings, Gliders and more – you know, the usual Fortnite fare.
The trailer for the collab rather prominently showed a pair of Freddy Fazbear shoes, suggesting that some new Kicks will be added to the game.
And beyond all the cosmetics, the entire trailer takes place inside Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, with an under construction version of the restaurant found on the current Fortnite map.
That's pretty much all we can infer thus far, based on the reveal trailer and previous collaborations, so unfortunately, we may just have to wait until the collaboration arrives later this week to find out the rest!
