A sadistic warden solves his over-crowding problems and prison costs by creating a human centipede hundreds of inmates long.
No target is safe and no shock too extreme in the mind-boggling climax to director Tom Six's contentious trilogy. At the desert George HW Bush penitentiary, a sadistic head warden (Dieter Laser, star of the original horror) and his meek accountant (Laurence R Harvey from the second part) create a human centipede of prisoners to cut costs and overcrowding. Pushing the disgust factor to unprecedented heights - scenes with colostomy bags, pickled genitalia, DIY castration and boiling waterboarding jostle for the ultimate in bad taste - it's either absolutely appalling or hilariously amusing, depending on your reaction to the series in general. A satire on political/racist/sexist Americana using clips from the prior movies for meta subtext, or just a huge censor-baiting mickey-take? The director in a cameo being sick on camera probably says it all. One thing is certain though - you'll have never seen anything quite like it or Laser's astonishingly exaggerated performance.
