We know some details for certain, such as where it will take place and when, so if you haven't already, get those flights and hotels booked, though, if you're lucky, it could be coming to where you live!

Details are still light on the Pokémon Go website, but we've managed to collate as much information as we can, as well as drawing on previous years to give us a good idea of what to expect during the Pokémone extravaganza.

Pokémon Go Fest 2026 Dates

Pokémon Go Fest 2026 will take place between Friday 29 May 2026, and Sunday 14 June 2026 with Pokémon Go Fest 2026 Global taking place 11 - 12 July 2026.

This period will take the event across three different cities each week, with unique ticketed citywide gameplay in each location as the festival moves from one city to the next, before Pokémon Go Fest Global kicks off in July.

This is about the same time the event takes place every year.

On top of these events, Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Global will also return with more details to be shared in March and the Spring about all four events.

Pokémon Go Fest 2026: What To Expect

Pokémon Go Fest 2026 will introduce new research quests and event-specific Pokémon spawns in each of these cities, as we have seen in previous years. On top of that, regional Pokémon will appear in other regions across the world to give players a chance to catch some of the rarer creatures.

There will also be some unique raids that take place during the events, alongside shiny Pokémon spawns.

Finally, you can expect some new content updates and announcements for the game.

As mentioned, we will know more in 2026 in the Spring and will keep this article updated over time.
