The game is almost on Season 4, which will bring a host of new maps, weapons, modes, and other updates to the shooter's multiplayer, Warzone, Endgame, and Zombies.
Here is a complete breakdown of what we know, when the season is expected to launch and confirmed updates coming to the game with Season 4.
When is the CoD BO7 Season 4 release date?
While not confirmed, CoD BO7 Season 4 is highly likely to launch on 4 June 2026. This would be around two months after the launch of Season 3, following a similar cadence and release schedule to other seasons.
As always, with these seasonal updates, schedules could change or content could be pushed back, so the date isn't set in stone.
We should start hearing more at the end of May or the first week of June.

CoD BO7 Season 4 content speculation
Very little has actually been revealed about Season 4, but we can expect a number of new weapons and multiplayer maps, alongside a new mode or two. Additionally, there should be a new set of Endgame updates, alongside Warzone updates to refresh both experiences.
Zombies will likely see the release of a new map to help bring the storyline to a conclusion before the final map later this year.
According to leaks from @DETONATEDcom on X, we will indeed be getting a new round-based Zombies map – though this may arrive mid-season – as well as a new Operator, Rook.
They also reported, via @HeyImAlaix that Launch from Black Ops 1 and both Dig and Vertigo from Black Ops 2 will be joining the map pool, though it was not specified if this will be as part of Season 4 or not.
Naturally, all leaks should be taken with a grain of salt, as we cannot confirm their accuracy until Activision officially announces what's coming.
We should start to get some information and details about the new season and its content in the coming days, ahead of the launch in early June. We will keep this page updated as we hear more.
