While the abortion rate in Britain is at the highest on record and a recent poll found that nearly 90 per cent of respondents were pro-abortion, there is growing resistance from a surprising sector — Gen Z. Film-maker Poppy Jay meets young people leading the anti campaign, including prolific TikToker and pro-life feminist Eden McCourt, who receives death threats for inflammatory views such as “equality for women doesn’t look like dead children”. With no desire to be a mother, Jay questions the pro-life contingent robustly. The result is fascinating, wherever you stand on the debate.
