Summary

"The King of Queens" is an American sitcom focusing on the domesticity of happy-go-lucky parcel deliveryman Doug (Kevin James) and his sarcastic and sharp-tongued wife Carrie (Leah Remini). She works as a legal secretary and constantly tries to make their lives more romantic and meaningful. They share their home in the New York borough of Queens with Carrie's eccentric father Arthur (Jerry Stiller). Doug can sometimes be seen hanging out with his buddies Deacon (Victor Williams), Spencer (Patton Oswalt), Richie (Larry Romano) and Danny (Gary Valentine). It premiered in the UK on Paramount (now Comedy Central) in 2001 and ran for nine seasons, clocking up 207 episodes.
