Yesterday treats its audience to a triple bill of new Hitler docs as part of a ‘Hitler’s Grand Plans’ weekend. The most interesting looks at how Hitler set the template for modern Olympic hosting by using the 1936 Berlin Games as a way to project a national myth around the world. The film includes one of the last interviews given by an eyewitness from the games, which he attended when he was aged 17, the late pilot, Captain Eric “Winkle” Brown.
