EastEnders spoilers: Kat, Linda and Sharon feature in new autumn trailer

The anguished faces of Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) and Sharon Rickman (Leittia Dean) are spotlighted in a new EastEnders trailer that sees the trio of Walford women singing to REM’s Everybody Hurts.

This autumn’s plotlines will see Kat trapped in a house fire started by partner Alfie, Linda raped by family member Dean Wicks and Sharon facing a fraught time during the run-up to her wedding to Phil Mitchell.

Speaking recently about his plans for the BBC1 soap, executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins said: “Bombs that we have been carefully planting over the last few months are about to explode all over the Square as some of our most iconic characters’ lives change forever.”
