I'm a Celebrity South Africa returned with an exciting bumper episode on ITV, as former famous campmates headed back to the jungle to battle it out to be the ultimate legend.
Having already proven their mettle in the Australian jungle, these stars will have their work cut out for them, with ITV confirming that the trials they'll face are the toughest ever.
The famous faces include former King and Queen of the Jungle Harry Redknapp and Scarlett Moffatt, as well as campmates such as Gemma Collins and Craig Charles – who couldn't complete their original stints in the show for different reasons.

When is I'm a Celebrity South Africa 2026 on TV?

I'm a Celebrity... South Africa airs Monday to Friday on ITV1 and ITVX.
What time does I'm a Celebrity South Africa 2026 start?
Returning to its usual primetime slot, I'm a Celebrity... South Africa will kicks off each episode at 9pm.
When was I'm a Celebrity South Africa 2026 filmed?
I'm a Celebrity South Africa was pre-recorded and filmed in September 2025, which is why all the celebrities are able to interact with viewers as the episodes air.
However, not all of the episodes have been filmed. ITV confirmed that while the series was pre-recorded, the grand final will be held live in the UK, with viewers able to vote for their ultimate legend.
Discussing the format shake-up, Ant & Dec said: "It's going to be here in the UK, live on the television.
"We’re going to get all the cast back, we’ll have the finalists in the studio. It’ll be a live vote like we do in Australia and the public will decide their Legend."
Is there a trailer for I'm a Celebrity South Africa 2026?
ITV has released a sneak preview for the upcoming I'm a Celebrity series, providing viewers with a glimpse of the journey the famous faces will take on.
This series has promised to be "one of the most thrilling in recent years", with incredibly high stakes as the celebrities compete to be crowned a legend, challenging themselves in some of the most epic and extreme trials in I’m A Celebrity history.

As ever, Ant & Dec return as hosts, offering hilarious commentary for audiences as they guide the celebrities through Bushtucker Trials.
The presenting duo have hosted every season of I’m a Celebrity together except one, when Ant stepped away in 2018 for personal reasons, and Holly Willoughby joined Dec as co-host.
Ant returned in 2019, and he and Dec have been the show's hosts ever since.
