Episode 11: Wales Mains and Dessert

Summary

The three remaining chefs are half way through their heat, and the pressure is mounting. Once again, they each serve a unique take on the brief celebrating British invention and innovation. For mains, one chef has a lamb dish in honour of Welshman David Thomas, who revolutionised the steel industry in south Wales with his hot blast furnace. Another pays homage to Welsh entrepreneur Sir Pryce Pryce Jones, who invented mail order service.
