Review

Mmm, a delicious bowl of cereal. Not quite as nice as a Michelin-starred restaurant meal, perhaps, but not far off… So how would it turn out if two high-class chefs had the job of re-creating the perfect bowl of Shreddies from scratch?

Fred Sirieix finds out, with the help of Daniel Clifford and Claude Bosi, both of whom hold two Michelin stars in their day jobs but have previously failed to win that true culinary status symbol, a Snackmasters trophy.

I’ve no idea why they’d choose to put themselves through the humiliation, but expect cereal drama as they try to reverse engineer the little latticework layers, while Jayde Adams visits the factory to see how it should be done.
