Review

If you’ve been mourning the passing of Desperate Housewives, Marc Cherry’s latest offering will definitely perk you up. Darkly comic it follows the lives of three married women living in the same Pasadena house but in different decades. Beth Ann (Ginnifer Goodwin) is the perfect little 60s housewife, catering to her sexist husband’s every whim; Simone (Lucy Liu) is a glamorous 80s socialite with a debonair husband; while in 2019 bisexual lawyer Taylor (Kirby Howell-Baptiste) enjoys an open marriage.

There are dirty secrets, catfights, back-stabbing and adultery set against drop-dead gorgeous interiors while everyone is fabulously wealthy, beautiful and stylish. We could be back on Wisteria Lane all over again.
