Summary

Ainsley Harriott concludes his culinary tour of Antigua, picking up some of the island's famous black pineapples from a fruit and vegetable stall to make a lobster pina colada with rum, and visiting a hilltop cookery school, where he makes a rum butter cake. The Carribean tour concludes at the famous sunset party at Shirley Heights, where he prepares one last cocktail recipe.
