Summary

Ainsley Harriott takes a culinary tour of Grenada, where he prepares pork with sweet potato mash and nutmeg cream sauce, and discovers why the spice is so important to the island. He also visits a rum distillery powered by a water wheel and makes a cocktail using a local chocolate liquor, and gets introduced to Grenada's national dish by chef Brian Benjamin.
