Dave Myers and Si King are on the beautiful island of Corsica, King’s favourite place in the whole world. As you’d expect the island is awash with glorious food and loads of independent producers, including a man who breeds stripey cows.

The Bikers are in raptures over everything, the stripey-cow meat is “the best” King has ever eaten, while the gourmet charcuterie from free-range, chestnut-fed pigs is glorious.

The pair cook dishes alfresco in the mountains and visit an oyster and mussel farm, which includes an island made entirely from oyster shells. And if you love cheese, you’ll be in fromage heaven as a farmer makes ricotta from scratch.
