Ching-He Huang tutors two students from Durham in the ways of fine oriental dining, teaching them how to prepare easy and cheap Chinese food to replace their usual mince-based recipes. Among the dishes highlighted are fried sweet chilli chicken, spicy Sichuan aubergine and griddled yellow-bean pork.
