Summary

DCI Matt Burke takes a well-earned fishing break, but a gunman leaves him fighting for his life with a bullet in his brain. On the same day, fraud squad detective Archie Meades is shot dead and suspicious stashes of cash are found in the homes of both victims. Jackie Reid and the team are faced with the task of clearing their boss's name from charges of accepting bribes in connection with an illegal import deal.
